OUR EVOLVING HOLE

Though our portal does transcend time and space, we have created a 3-dimensional linear timeline of our appearances on the Black Rock so humans can comprehend.

 

The aim is that with each passing year we learn to make the experience more immersive and expansive. Just like holes in your universe, ours too will get better over time.

2021 / Year 1 / Rogue Burn

Nowhere Special

A core group of burners from the Golden Cafe forged 'Nowhere Special' as our one-time make shift camp with the concept of a bar with a one-night formal dinner. Going from a massive camp to creating intimate experiences sparked a new love.

2022 / Year 2 / Waking Dreams

Nowhere Lounge

Nestled within the Black Rock French Quarters, emerged Nowhere Lounge and Honey Barrel. An experiment with large art bar and an intimate mead experience.

2023 / Year 3 / Animalia

Nowhere Portal

In our latest iteration, we want to combine everything we've learned and love into an immersive experience where people will travel through a portal into purgatory to contemplate their afterlife among sake and miso.
